Accessibility Statement

Last updated · May 2026

Accessibility commitment

Secyda works to make its website accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of their abilities, age, device, context of use or assistive technology. This commitment translates into concrete design and development decisions: semantic structure, readable typography and contrast, functional keyboard navigation, self-hosted fonts with no external dependencies and no third-party scripts that could interfere with assistive technologies.

Scope

This statement applies to the website https://secyda.eu and its public pages in Spanish and English.

Certain private areas (investor portal, dataroom, authenticated spaces), embedded content, downloadable documents or specific subdomains may have different technical conditions or transitory accessibility limitations not covered by this statement.

Compliance status

The Secyda website aims its development at the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA from the W3C and at best practices for semantic accessibility, keyboard compatibility and use with assistive technologies.

At the date of this statement, the site is undergoing continuous review and improvement. Secyda does not declare full externally audited conformance, but does orient all its developments to meet WCAG 2.1 AA criteria or higher where technically and organisationally feasible.

Measures adopted

Among the measures implemented or in the process of implementation, Secyda works in the following areas:

Structure and semantics. The site uses semantic HTML with a coherent heading hierarchy, landmark tags (main, nav, footer), aria-label attributes on interactive components and alternative text on relevant visual elements.

Typography and contrast. The typefaces used (Inter, IBM Plex Mono) are self-hosted and designed for high legibility. Font sizes scale with clamp() and respect the operating system's text size settings. Text and background colours maintain contrast ratios aligned with Level AA criteria.

Keyboard navigation. Main interactive elements (buttons, links, forms, cookie panel controls, preference modal) are operable by keyboard. The cookie panel includes focus management and closure via the Escape key.

Motion and animations. All site animations respect the operating system's prefers-reduced-motion: reduce preference. When this preference is active, transitions and entry animations are completely disabled.

No external dependencies. Fonts, scripts and resources are self-hosted on Secyda infrastructure. No third-party resources are loaded that could affect loading speed, privacy or site behaviour.

Responsive design. The site is responsive with a single breakpoint at 768px. All components correctly collapse to a single-column layout on mobile devices without horizontal overflow or overlaps.

Forms. Forms accessible from the public site use explicit labels and field descriptions. Error and status messages are perceivable textually.

Known limitations

At the date of this statement, limitations may exist in certain PDF documents or other files generated before the adoption of current accessibility criteria, in components undergoing redesign or technical review, and in content management system (CMS) content published manually that has not yet completed the accessibility review. Secyda works to progressively address these limitations according to priority, impact and technical feasibility criteria.

Preparation of this statement

This statement has been prepared on the basis of an internal review of the website's technical structure, its main components, the implementation of accessibility in the source code and content publication practices.

Secyda plans to complement this review with specialised audits, automated validations and tests with assistive technologies on a regular basis.

Reporting issues and requests

If you detect accessibility barriers, need information in an alternative format, or wish to report an issue or suggest an improvement, you can contact Secyda at legal@secyda.eu. To help us handle your request, please include: legal@secyda.eu

  • the page or content affected;
  • a description of the issue or barrier detected;
  • the device, browser or assistive technology used, if relevant; and
  • a contact address for sending a response.

Secyda commits to responding within a reasonable timeframe and to adopting the appropriate measures.

Continuous improvement

Secyda will periodically review this statement and adopt improvement measures in design, development and content publication to increase the accessibility of the website. Relevant updates will be reflected through the review date indicated at the beginning of this document.
