Europe owes its institutions a debt.
We are here to settle it.
Secyda builds sovereign digital infrastructure for European public institutions that cannot afford to depend on third parties.
We are not an alternative to non-European technology. We are the option for those who refuse to choose between both.
VEGA — Sovereign workspace under European legislation
Our mission
Build the digital infrastructure Europe needs under its own control.
For two decades, European public institutions built their digital infrastructure on platforms whose headquarters, shareholders and decisions reside outside Europe. It was not a choice. It was the consequence of not choosing.
Europe has reached a turning point. Regulation is advancing. Geopolitical tension is not easing. And for the first time, there is an alternative that is technically solid, legally verifiable and designed specifically for public institutions.
Secyda exists for the institutions that decided not to wait.
Our values
What guides every decision.
Sovereignty
No dependence on infrastructure, data or decisions from non-European entities. Not as a marketing objective, but as a design constraint.
Institutional trust
Precision before enthusiasm. We only promise what we can guarantee.
Class
The standard is set before the first meeting, in how everything surrounding Secyda looks.
Modernity with roots
Present-day technology built on long-standing European values.
Differentiation
We are not an alternative to Microsoft or Google. We are the option for those who refuse to choose.
Responsibility
Every decision can be explained. Every action has an owner, a record and a reason.
Foundations
Three documents that define Secyda.

A note from the person who decided to build this.
When I started working on Secyda, the question was not technical. It was political: why do European public institutions, responsible for the data of millions of people, operate on infrastructure they do not control and cannot truly audit?
The answer is uncomfortable. There was no decision. There was inertia, budget pressure and the absence of a viable alternative at the right moment.
VEGA is that alternative. Not for every institution. For those that decided digital sovereignty is not a luxury but a condition of operation.

“Digital autonomy is not isolation. It is the ability to engage, cooperate and negotiate on equal terms.”

What we build is called VEGA.
Email, documents, records management and internal communications in a single environment. Integrated with Cl@ve, @firma, SARA and the Spanish and European e-government ecosystem. Ready for public procurement.
Sovereign by design, not by afterthought.

The next time someone asks where the institution’s data is, there is a clear answer.
And the decision was made before it became mandatory.
